Kirk could be MOST convincing when portraying the darker side of human nature!

thank you all for taking the time to comment!Artman2112https://www.blogger.com/profile/03062864368596074661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2294896298096185241.post-25814588439653835592009-12-13T10:51:51.880-05:002009-12-13T10:51:51.880-05:00What a fine tribute. He was truly an actor who immersed himself in the role--he played the unscrupulous, driven, even hateful boxer with such force, I wanted to beat him up myself! Also was fascinated by his memoir The Ragman's Son.Margaret Benbowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17981723531235779155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2294896298096185241.post-89267436389538758122009-12-11T21:01:50.522-05:002009-12-11T21:01:50.522-05:00That quote from John Wayne is hilarious.

He's such a virile actor--but he really pulled it off. However, my favorite Douglas role is Ace in the Hole--just brutal.KChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17587905976811500791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2294896298096185241.post-84752836768991428992009-12-09T05:39:06.296-05:002009-12-09T05:39:06.296-05:00Great pics!
